Enhanced Benchmarking Capabilities: Elevating Performance Insights for Advisors
Freedom Advisors is excited to announce an enhancement to our platform's benchmarking capabilities. Models will be benchmarked against more widely available and often more recognized and familiar indices, such as the S&P 500 and Russell 1000, as well as the S&P Target Risk Indices replacing the previous reliance on Morningstar-only indices such as Morningstar Large Equity and the Morningstar Target Risk Index series. This change is intended to provide a more precise and meaningful comparison, aligning benchmarks more closely with the strategies and objectives of the model portfolios.
Factsheets may continue to include comparisons using ETFs that track their respective indices, offering advisors and clients a consistent and flexible way to evaluate performance.
This change reflects our commitment to empowering advisors with the tools they need to demonstrate portfolio performance effectively. It underscores our dedication to transparency and helping advisors foster confidence and trust in their client relationships.
