Multiple Client Portal Access per Household

Households are often comprised of multiple clients who require access to the account within a household. Up until now, Freedom Advisors Client Portal access has been limited to one email address and login per household. Now multiple clients can access a single household with their own login. If you wish to provision additional logins, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the desired household and navigate to “Portal Settings & Activity.”
2. Select “Add a Client Portal Log In” and set access level to “Household.”
3. Select an email address not currently in use
4. Send Portal Invite.
