Time-Tested Focus on Fundamentals

Dearborn Partners is a long-time staple on the EQIS platform and has been managing assets for clients of financial advisors and institutional investors for over 20 years.

Dearborn Partners Core Rising Dividend

Investing in a diversified mix of companies with growing dividends can provide a defensive ballast to an investment portfolio. Rising dividend portfolios offer the potential not only to provide investors with a current income stream but one that may increase over time, while offering a prudent way to participate in the wealth-building potential offered by the stocks of high-quality companies over time.

Dearborn Partners Core Rising Dividend is a separately managed account (SMA) model offered on the EQIS platform and invests in a diversified set of companies with historically consistently rising dividends that offer a potential yield greater than the S&P 500. Companies selected offer the potential for mid-to-high single-digit annual dividend growth over the long term. The combination of this attractive current yield plus potential regular dividend increases offers investors a portfolio that may perform well in both rising and falling markets.

Dearborn Partners U.S. Large Cap

The Dearborn Partners U.S. Large Cap SMA model applies fundamental business, macroeconomic and technical analyses to U.S. companies with a market capitalization of $5 billion or greater that can generate healthy cashflow growth over a sustained period at a reasonable valuation and with the best risk-adjusted return potential.

Companies are screened for above-average growth rates in sales and earnings, balance sheet strength and shareholder value creation. The resulting portfolio typically holds 35-45 securities and turnover is relatively low.
