One of our major projects underway is to eliminate as many emails we send you as possible, utilizing the Service Center and a consolidated view where all your work in process is easy to track. There are many ways you can cut the emails you receive right now.
- Avoid forms by providing us investment instructions verbally on a recorded Zoom! Super quick and easy and the recording goes in your Documents vault.
- Tell us in advance when cash and securities are coming in and give us instructions.
- Make sure new accounts have a signed investment plan.
- If you have an assistant, take yourself off operations emails and instead require escalation to you if needed.
- Make sure your assistant(s) has a user seat in Freedom Advisors.
- Involve us early and often on transfers so all the custodial requirements are known and the paperwork is complete.
- Try to touch an email only once! Respond immediately to emails you must address so you don't get follow-up reminder emails.
- Everytime you get SPAM and unwanted solicitation emails, take 3 seconds to click Report SPAM or Unsubscribe.
