Global X ETF Model Portfolios provide differentiated exposures, building on its cornerstone of leadership in thematic investing, alternative income, and international access. Its dedicated, disciplined, and focused research toward thematic and disruptive companies is implemented across strategies with the goal of achieving similar but uncorrelated growth to more traditional equity strategies.

Freedom Advisors offers access to nine Global X strategies and models:

• Global X Core Series ETF Model Portfolios – The most traditional of the Global X offerings, this series of models provides a structured approach that balances factor exposures and, where appropriate, includes higher-growth opportunities while adhering to a risk-adjusted return discipline with allocations to U.S. and international equity, thematic equity, fixed income, cash, and gold. These models will tilt in line with Global X’s macroeconomic views to establish the tactical asset allocation.
• Global X Sustainable Core Series – The Sustainable Core Series model portfolios provide a multi-asset solution that seeks to optimize return based on an investor’s risk tolerance and time horizon. This portfolio series provides low-cost exposure to sustainable investing by combining broad-based ETFs tilted towards sustainability along with a dedicated sleeve of sustainable themes. Constructed for moderate and aggressive risk tolerances, these models include allocations to U.S. and international equity, sustainable equity, disruptive equity, fixed income, cash, and gold.
• Global X Digital Innovation – This equity-completion portfolio provides investment in technology-focused themes that predominantly relate to digital innovation through key structural themes that are benefiting from recent paradigm shifts whose lasting impact may shape the future. Themes are selected based on expected growth, which is largely a function of their disruptive potential. In order to balance thematic risks, Global X seeks to select themes that are disrupting different sections of the economy.
• Global X Equity Income – These models balance income needs with total return. Yield-focused ETFs tend to be concentrated within specific sectors (Real Estate and Utilities) while lacking exposure to more growth focused sectors such as Information Technology, Industrials and Communication Services. The Global X Equity Income process is focused on balancing these exposures while diversifying the sources of yield among five income segments: High Dividend Yield, Core Dividend and Dividend Growth, Preferreds, Covered Calls, and Sector Specific. Each of the five segments has a specific purpose in the portfolio.

For more than a decade, Global X has been a leader in developing unexplored and forward-looking investment solutions. They can be accessed in Freedom Advisors with a minimum investment of $10,000.

You now have convenient one-click access to all of these models in Freedom Advisors. You can include them in Investment Plan proposals. You can invest in them through the Service Center, which is only permitted for clients who have provided you with trading authorization. If you do not have trading authorization, you must upload into the client’s Documents vault either a one-time letter of authorization or a limited power of attorney signed by the client, after which you can invest, as instructed by the client, using the Service Center or by contacting your EQIS team.
